Induction candidates and mentors must submit proof of their completed Induction Program in order to earn credit with University of the Pacific – Benerd College.
Glendale Unified School District’s Teacher Induction Program will verify completion on either your Induction program or Mentor training, upon your registration. No further documentation is required after registering for your courses. If for any reason there is an issue with your course registration(s), our team will reach out to provide you with an update and assistance.

The credits offered are post-baccalaureate, graded, graduate-level semester (non-degree) credits provided directly through University of the Pacific – Benerd College. They are specifically designed to meet the needs of educators for salary advancement and recertification. The credits are acceptable where local districts approve and applicable to state licensing where authorized. We always encourage that you check with your employer for acceptability of these credits. Course participants are responsible to determine acceptability of these credits for their intended use.

Completed courses are graded under the Pass/No Credit grading system. All course grades will appear on an official transcript from University of the Pacific – Benerd College.
