University of the Pacific is pleased to offer the opportunity to earn graduate-level semester (non-degree) credit upon completion of course requirements with Crescendo Education Group. Dedicated in assisting educators and teachers across the nation, our professional development course options are designed to be practical, meaningful, and affordable. At only $62 per semester credit, opportunities are available to participants of credit-approved programs with Crescendo Education Group.

Course Requirements
Upon successful completion of a credit-approved Book Study with Crescendo Education Group, you are eligible to register to earn graduate-level professional development credit with Crescendo Education Group and University of the Pacific – Benerd College. You will be instructed to attach your certificate of completion as part of your registration process. The number of hours listed on your certificate will determine the number of credits you are eligible to register for your course:
1 credit = 15 hours
2 credits = 30 hours
About the Credits & Pacific
The credits offered are post-baccalaureate, graded, graduate-level (non-degree) semester units of credit provided directly through the University of the Pacific – Benerd College. They are primarily designed to be used towards salary advancement and recertification. The credits are acceptable where local districts approve and applicable to state licensing where authorized. We always encourage you to check with your employer for the acceptability of these credits. Course participants are responsible for determining the acceptability of these credits for their intended use. Each graduate-level semester credit/unit is equivalent to 15 hours of academic involvement. Graduate-level semester credit is not applicable towards a degree program at University of the Pacific – Benerd College.

Crescendo Education Group offers a variety of professional development opportunities that each consist of unique experiences, expectations, and practicum requirements for the awarding of graduate-level credit through University of the Pacific – Benerd College.
Practicum Requirements
Upon successful completion of a credit-approved training with Crescendo Education Group, you will be instructed to invest time reflecting on your learnings, research, and relevant readings. As a student, your course practicum requirements will consist of developing a time log that documents the time and hours that you invested into completing your course requirements. The specific requirements concerning your time log are based on how many credits you decide to register for your course. Each credit registered will require 15 hours of documented participation listed on your time log. Additional instructions and detailed requirements for your course will be emailed to you upon registration.
1 credit = 15 hours
2 credits = 30 hours
3 credits = 45 hours
4 credits = 60 hours
Whether you spend time reviewing your workshop videos and materials, brainstorming, researching, reading, writing, constructing visuals, or putting together new curriculum and rubrics, you are able to document all the professional time you have invested in applying learnings and concepts from your training with Crescendo Education Group® into your classroom and teaching.
Specifically designed for busy teachers like you, you will get up to 6 months to submit coursework requirements, and extensions are always granted upon request. Opportunities are available across all teaching grade levels, disciplines, and subjects or topics. The overall course objective is aimed at implementing the best practices of education while meeting educational standards set by your school district or state.
